After looking around for an AC company and reading reviews I decided to go with Malcolm's. I'm glad I did , I called and spoke with David and told him my issue and asked if I could set an appointment for Friday . He followed up with me Friday afternoon to confirm and then showed up promptly at the time we discussed.  He was able to figure out the problem and have me up and running in a short time . He was highly professional and walked me through the work he was doing . I would highly recommend him to anyone I know having ac issues and will be using him in the future with any new issues that might come up .

Great service! He dropped what he was doing once I called and told him I had no AC and I care for my 80 yr old mother and the home warranty said it would be 3 days or more in this triple digit heat! My a/c went out on the hottest day of the year. It was miserable! I tried calling several people at 9:30 on a Friday night to see if anyone could help me. Other companies told me I would have to wait until Monday for service. I called Malcolm's, and David saw me that night! Within two hours my a/c was working again. Malcolm's saved me and my family from summer discomfort without delay. Our A/C decided to break down in the middle of the night ahead of one of the first hottest days of the summer.
